VILLAGE OF ARLINGTON BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 13, 2022 6:30 PM The Special Board Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Arlington, Nebraska, was held at the Arlington Village Hall, 245 N 2nd Street, June 13, 2022. Board Chairman, Paul Krause, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Roll call was taken as follows: Travis Kraemer, present; Scott Pokorny, present; Gordon McGee, present; Jason Wiese present; Paul Krause, present. Notice of the hearing was given in advance by publication in the Arlington Citizen, a designated method for giving notice as shown by the Affidavit of Publication attached to these minutes. Notice of the meeting was given in advance by publication on the Village of Arlington Website and was posted at the Village Hall, Post Office and Bank. Notice of this meeting was given to the Village Board members and a copy of their acknowledgment of receipt of notice and the agenda is attached to the minutes. Availability of the agenda was communicated in the advance notice and in the notice to the Board of Trustees of this meeting. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. Chairman Krause noted the posting of the Open Meetings Act as posted on the wall by the entrance of the Conference Room. Travis Kraemer made a motion to purchase a fuel tank from Bomgaars in an amount not to exceed $850.00. Scott Pokorny seconded the motion. Roll call vote was taken. Motion carried 5-0. Discussion regarding possible projects and budget items for the 2022-2023 FY. Travis Kraemer made a motion to enter Executive Session. Gordon McGee seconded the motion. Roll call vote was taken. Motion carried 5-0. Executive session to discuss employee wages began at 8:30 p.m. Scott Pokorny made a motion to exit Executive Session. Jason Wiese seconded the motion. Roll call vote was taken. Motion carried 5-0. Executive session ended at 8:49 p.m. No action was taken. Travis Kraemer moved for adjournment. Scott Pokorny seconded the motion. Roll call vote was taken. Motion carried 5-0.
