VILLAGE OF ARLINGTON BOARD OF TRUSTEES HEARING FOR ONE- & SIX-YEAR STREET PLAN SEPTEMBER 18, 2023 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING TAX LEVY HEARING A Hearing for the One- & Six-Year Road & Street Plan was held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Arlington, Nebraska at the Arlington Village Hall Conference Room on September 18, 2023. Board Chairman, Paul Krause called the Hearing to order at 6:42 PM. Roll call was taken as follows: Travis Kraemer, Present; Scott Pokorny, Present; Jeremy Hansen, Present; Jason Wiese, Present.; Paul Krause, present. Notice of the hearing was given in advance by publication in the Arlington Citizen, a designated method for giving notice as shown by the Affidavit of Publication attached to these minutes. Notice of the meeting was given in advance by publication on the Village of Arlington Website and was posted at the Village Hall, Post Office, and RVR Bank. Notice of this hearing was given to the Village Board members and a copy of their acknowledgment of receipt of notice and the agenda is attached to the minutes. Availability of the agenda was communicated in the advance notice and in the notice to the Board of Trustees of this meeting. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while the convened hearing was open to the attendance of the public. Chairman Krause noted the posting of the Open Meetings Act as available in the Arlington Conference Room. Paul Krause stated the purpose of the hearing was to review the Village’s One- & Six-Year Street Plan. The Board reviewed improvements from the previous year and projects included in the one-year plan for street improvements. Paul Krause asked if there were any additional comments. There were none. Scott Pokorny moved for adjournment of the One- & Six-Year Street Plan Hearing. Jason Wiese seconded the motion. Roll call vote was taken. Motion carried 5-0. Hearing adjourned 6:47 PM.
