The P.E.O. Chapter HL in Blair presented their annual local scholarship to Washington County high school student Brooke Hilgenkamp.
Hilgenkamp will graduate from Arlington High School in May and attend Kansas State University in the fall, majoring in veterinary medicine.
P.E.O. (Philanthropic Education Organization) has been celebrating women helping women reach for the stars for more than 150 years.
