ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF ARLINGTON ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB, INC. Pursuant to §21 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska, the undersigned does hereby submit these Articles of Incorporation for the purpose of forming a nonprofit business corporation (hereinafter, the "corporation"), effective upon the filing hereof. ARTICLE I Name The name of the corporation is Arlington Athletic Booster Club, Inc. ARTICLE II Designation This corporation is a public benefit corporation. ARTICLE III Registered Agent and Office The street address of the initial registered office of the corporation is 2278 County Rd. 19, Bennington, NE 68007. The name of the initial registered agent is Dawn Klein. The mailing address of the corporation is P.O. Box 485, Arlington, NE 68002. ARTICLE IV Incorporator The name and address of the incorporator signing these articles is Dawn Klein, 2278 County Road 19, Bennington, NE 68007. ARTICLE V Members The corporation shall have members. ARTICLE VI Purpose The corporation is organized for purposes pursuant to §21 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska and within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. In addition, the corporation is organized to promote support for and build school and community spirit for the betterment of the high school athletic programs, players, and coaches in Arlington, Nebraska. The affairs of the corporation shall be managed and regulated by its board of directors.
