The Arlington boys basketball team lost a late lead for the third-straight game Tuesday night.
This time, though, the Eagles got it back.
Aiden Foreman scored a season-high 32 points as coach Tyler Spitser's squad won on the Wisner-Pilger Gators' home floor, 54-50.
AHS led 28-22 at halftime and dominated the early stages of the third period for a 37-22 advantage. Foreman's two-handed dunk accounted for the 36th and 37th points.
The Gators battled back, though, taking a lead during the fourth quarter before the Eagles' Dustin Kirk scored a hoop with 1:55 remaining.
In previous losses to Fairbury and Lincoln Lutheran, Arlington was unable to retake the lead before the final buzzer. But against Wisner, it did.
Foreman's 32-point night included a 12-for-12 showing from the foul line as the Eagles improved to 5-4.
